For all things Bears, all the time Da Bears, time to Bear Down..

Well it's another season and a fresh start for Jamez Poor, He got his wish and took over the Chicago Bears organization after leaving the 49er's , Lets see now what he can do with it.

For Starters in the Off-season things was heating up as the players was fighting for Roster spots, Devin Hester has started looking good, And a surprise for many he is gonna be Co-Starting at WR with Ashlon Jeffery he has shown to make Great Progress in his ability to catch the ball.

As for the rest of the team it looks like the team is on a Loaner because of the fact that 61 % of the team is on 1 year contracts so expect the team to look really different next year as there isn't enough money to go around to bring everyone back. This has made competition really good in Preseason and training camp, Jay "Cutler" looked really good in training Camp showing Poise in the Pocket and great Decision's in the Pocket.


The Defense is trying to find it's identity without star linebacker Brian Urlacher with the signing of DJ Williams and the signing of Jon Bostic in the draft. on the Defensive line Peppers and Melton are showing great speed at getting to the ball.

Arguably the best CB's in the league Charles Tillman and Tim Jennings are hopefully gonna have another great year, SS Major Wright is showing great progress and promise at the start of this year and we have decided to go a different route signing FS Eric Hagg in the off-season parting ways with Chris Conte and Brandon Hardin.

Take aways from the first game.

On the defensive side of the ball Major Wright looked great showing great speed at getting to the ball leading the game in tackles with 9 and 2 tackles for loss. Lance Briggs was second with 7, Peppers's ability to be a disruptive force he was able to get to the QB on a few plays accumulating 5 tackles with 2 for a loss and a Sack!. Tim Jennings ended the game with the games only Interception that he took back to the HOUSE!

On the Offensive side of the ball, Jay Cutler had a Off day completing just 11 of 19 for 145 yards 1 TD and got picked off 5 times getting 60.0 QB rating but also ran the ball with 2 carries for 47 yards and a TD, Matt Forte ended the game with 4 carries for 25 yards.

The Receiving Core was a little off today, Brandon Marshall lead with 3 Receptions for 48 yards, Hester second with 2 for 22 yards with the only TD coming from Derek Carrier on a 5 yard slant pass.

Little back story on the past few weeks, it's been terrible off to a 0-3 start, bears got lucky and won the sim,

Now picking up on week 5


Jay Had a really bad day, going 1 for 9 on pass attempts and throwing 2 Int's he got a serious Injury "torn leg muscle" out for 5 games,

so in came backup QB Pat White, completing 7 of 8 Attempts, 1 TD and 1 INT throwing 183 yards and ending with a QB rating of 118.7 rushing for 30 yards on 2 carries

RB Matt Forte carried the rock 15 times mustering 45 yards and 2 TD's while backup RB Michael Ford had just 4 Attempts and 118 yards!!!, Jahvid best got his chance and fumbled on the first play, clearly he is not men't to have a starting job int he NFL.

WR Rookie Marquise Goodwin had 4 receptions for 145 yards and a TD, that was the only really good production on the day.

Defensive side of the ball DJ Williams, Charles Tillman, James Anderson and Jon Bostic all registered a sack. while Charles Tillman ended with 3 INT's and Isaiah Frey got 2 INT's

final score 34-31 Bears pulled it out.

It was a interesting game, with No QB doing good, and the Giants didn't even throw a TD but still managed to out play the Bears,

Pat White filling in for Jay, Thrown for 208 yards and 2 Td's while throwing 6 picks.

Jahvid Best got injured on his only play and last week he fumbled on his only play so I think his time with the Bears is coming to a End..
Matt Forte had 5 attempts for Zero yards.


WR Marquise Goodwin had 3 receptions for 97 yards and 2 scores, other then that it was a subpar game,
Final score 27-17 Terrible outing for the Bears

Coming off a Lost Last week, here we are in another brutal Game,

Bears take on the Redskins,

Pat White filling in for the Injured Jay Cutler, had himself a pretty good game, He completed 8 passes out of 11, for only 97 yards but they are the Yards that Mattered, only throwing 1 Int, leaving the game with 61.6 QB rating. Pat also rushed 4 times for 17 yards.


The Bears got off the bus running in this game, Matt Forte carried the Rock 19 times for 138 yards and 3 TD's! catching the ball 3 times for 28 yards, for a total of 166 all purpose yards!, Backup Michael Ford got 5 attempts for 22 yards,

The Receiving core didn't have many chances with Pat White using Matt to win the game. Marquise  Goodwin and Ramses Barden make a NEED TO make 3rd down reception  for 35 and 6 yards respectively and consecutively.

The Defense  came alive with D.J Williams and Isaiah Frey getting 5 tackles  each, Julius Peppers had the games only sack, and Charles Tillman, Kelvin Hayden, D.J Williams and Isaiah Frey all caught a interception, the big draw here is now Tillman and Frey have caught at least 1 Int on 3 consecutive games now.

Final moments of the game,
with 2.49 min left in the game Matt Forte scores on a 53 yard run making the score 21-10, then Skins got ball back scoring on only 3 plays with 2:12 left to go, they attempted a 2 point conversion and failed game was 21-16.
    Bears used the clock making the most of it traveling down the field scoring a Field Goal with 33 seconds left score now 24-16,
    Skins got the ball moving fast down the field with Corner routes to saving the clock, until Tillman made the Clutch play to pick off RG3 and game was over.
