Madden 15 Position Changes

All position changes must be cleared by the committee prior to taking place -- so as such petition myself or another committee member for approval prior to listing a player at a different position in the depth chart (unless already allowed by our depth chart rules).

The following positions are interchangeable -- but once a position change is made you MAY NOT move a player again for a full season:
-FB and TE are interchangeable
-OG and C are interchangeable
-OLB and MLB are interchangeable
-FS and SS are interchangeable
-Additional moves (OLB to DE and CB to FS, for example) are allowed with approval on a player by player basis
-You may swap between left and right at will without petitioning (please post FS/SS swaps)

Position changes other than left to right and FS/SS cannot be made until the offseason, but may be done in the depth chart. Once we reach the offseason, these players MUST be moved to those positions or the owner must make the decision to keep them at the original position and abandon rights to using the player in the depth chart at other positions.

Rookies may not be moved.

Robert Mathis OLB-->DE *Clearly a pass rusher, running a hybrid defense and he's been a 4-3 DE his whole life until the Colts decided to run whatever crappy version of a 3-4 they do now*

Ricky Jean Francois DE---->DT *Colts have a 68 ovr DT as their highest player and Francois is a big man who will serve as the DT in the hybrid D

Cory Redding DE--->DT same thing, very slow and clearly a run stopper. Redding was drafted by the Lions and was moved to DT as per this source on wikipedia "

He became the starter at left defensive end prior to the 2004 season. In 2005, he played in all 16 games and set a career high with 42 tackles (29 solo). He emerged in 2006 as one of the best inside pass-rushers in the NFL after moving from defensive end to tackle."

Dion Jordan DE--->OLB. Self explanitory, he's not big enough to play every down as a DE.

Clearly the Colts D is bad and with the addition of Dion Jordan I plan on using a hybrid style D to get my best players on the field. While moving Mathis to the dline and getting big bodies up front to pair with 3-4 end Arthur Jones my OLBS will be Bjorn Werner and Dion Jordan.
