Agree.  Cannot make draft and need a RB since Blount didn't resign and is like 80 spd

Also don't care is jc regresses next off season

...I just don't see how it makes sense to let a guy who just joined a day ago trade Charles.

I'm just trying to build a stronger roster with picks and I have no guards. The kind of RB I like is also a power back not really into speed receiving backs

The rest of the committee can rule on it but I'm against it.

Simply put, this is an exact reason why new owners' trades are closely monitored, because Charles is the best player on the team and there is no guarantee of the longevity of a new owner less than 24 hours after joining.

With your point being that he shouldn't trade Charles, the kc roster is brutal and has barely any pieces to field a team that's even fun to use. Kc gets 3 players who will contribute for one who may regress.

I don't see how it's fun for an owner to be stuck with someone else's garbage after a previous owner quits.

Probationary owner status was created for exactly this situation. It is downright dangerous to the league to allow a new owner, who hasn't even played a game yet, trade the best player on his team right after joining.

We've had too many instances of new owners making major trades and then abandoning the team.

I'm sorry, but I've been proven right again and again in these situations for years now.

I'm not trying to start any trouble or anything since I'm new. I just have no OL at all and need to bolster my roster up. FA is limited and I only have 1 pick before the 5th round in the draft. I knew only 3 players on my roster could get me multiple early picks with those players being Houston, Poe, and Charles. Charles is the oldest and lowest rated out of those three (Houston 98, Poe 97, Charles 96) and I use a different style of RB. Just trying to get some picks so I can try and draft a decent team instead of completely relying on 70s out of FA.

What if i was to offer more? Clearly the KC roster sucks, I think it's lame to not allow someone to trade a 29 year old RB to get players he actually wants. I'm sure we don't need 5 cpu teams each season because guys come in to clean up other owners messes. I can add next years 1st if it means anything.

I agree with Dan, i think KC needs to be here for awhile before making a move like this. Denied.
