Want you all to go over the cap penalties before approving it. Should also have it included in the post now. Cap Penalties are your player bonuses that you be reflected on your salary.

WITH ZOUFANS PERMISSION HE HAS AGREED TO LET ME REMOVE ROBINSON N T.SMITH FROM DEAL.AS IT WUD HAMPER MY CAP. REST OF DEAL IS FINE.

I may be way off base, but I thought you only got a cap hit when you release a player. Not when trading a player. Does that sound crazy?

tbh idk but everyone was talking like when u trade a person u take a cap hit n that seems to be the consensus as we now have to put cap hits in our trade posts
