Rams and Jaguars Trade
Rams send:
CB Cortland Finnegan 91 (zone scheme) 28 years old
Cap penalty = $20m (I don't have anyone up for a big contract so I can afford the penalty next season)
Jaguars send:
1st Round Pick (2013)
2nd Round Pick (2013)
2nd Round Pick (2014)
CB Cortland Finnegan 91 (zone scheme) 28 years old

Jaguars send:
1st Round Pick (2013)
2nd Round Pick (2013)
2nd Round Pick (2014)

This one is a no for me.
Jared Allen was traded for basicaly a first. Take out the two 2nds and its fine by me.

I agree with Hellcat.
Re: Rams and Jaguars Trade
Jared Allen is on the wrong side of 30 and google how meaningless a DE is in this years madden compared to a CB.
*I had offered a 1st (2013) and 1st (2014)
We kept countering offers so it should be fair
*Plus there are 10x more DEs than there are top CBs

Re: Rams and Jaguars Trade
i mean not tryin to be a dick here but HC in our 3 way u baiscally traded ur 1st for flacco and hes def not worth a 1st imo . so u got 1 scenerio where a stud gets traded for a 1st n another where a decent QB gets moved for 1 as well. so y cant i add my 2nds to a deal for a beast cb who liek fear said are way more important than DEs

For starters, Fear stay out of the trade talk only the teams involved in the trade and the committee can post.
Secondly, I don't really care about what position is actually useful or not. That argument makes no sense: they all matter even FBs matter.
Based on all the trades I've already seen and approved, I would honestly have to say a 1st + 1 2nd for Finnegan would be the highest I would go. Thinking about all the trades that have already happened, Allen went for a 1st, 4th, and a decent replacement and he's arguably one of the best if not the best pass rushers in the game. Flacco went for only just a 1st if you think about it, which he is worth if you are looking for a franchise QB. Hell I even only traded Vontae for a 2nd + 6th Round Pick and Reggie Bush, whose overall and age based on position are equal to Finnegan, went for a CB that's 73 OVR and a 3rd Round Pick.
Don't think 2 2nds are necessary. I would only settle at a 1st and 2nd for Finnegan.
