Waivers '13 Season 1 Week 2

I am posting this now so that you have plenty of time to read this:

We have a waivers system that allows each team to put in claims on players who are cut. Because of this, you must post players you cut in the forums. I let Week 1 go so that you have time to read this (and you should be familiar if you read the FA/Waivers Rules: http://www.eotpmadden.com/t1449-free-agent-waivers-rules).

If you are caught not following this system, you will be banned from free agency.
