Rule Changes 11/18/12

Happy Thanksgiving.

In this loving time of sharing, we decided to share you some new league rules. Isn't that just awesome?

SO! Without further udo, I don't know how to type that word but you get my point here are some rule adjustments we'll be making up to next season.

1. Strikes

We are finally implementing a strike system. If we here any complaints about a user and their performance, you'll be given a strike. We take all complaints seriously and if we think it's fine within the rules of the league, then you won't be given a strike. If you are, it goes as followed:

1st strike: Warning, will be notified.
2nd strike: Player Suspension for next user game
3rd strike: Find another league

Simple enough? Cool beans.

2. Sliders

This goes from the many complaints from not only immortal but from many other league members and many other complaints we received in the past few months. We'll be using Jarodd21's blue sliders from Operation Sports. We definitely don't want it to be too difficult however from his explanations on the thread there, it seems best to use.

3. Running the Ball Updates

This one may be a little tricky. This pretty much involves probably the past three years worth of running that needs to be taken to action. There are designed runs that are meant to run inside and outside. That doesn't mean we should be running inside plays every play and automatically bouncing outside. I can understand that sometimes (though rarely) you got no choice but to bounce outside, though when this becomes a repeating habit every single play then we have a problem. Simple enough: if you are designed to run inside, go inside. Designed to go outside, go outside.

Rules 1 and 3 will be taken into affect immediately. Rule 2 we will take into affect starting next season.
