Launching the New CCM

It's time everybody! The league has been created with updated rosters and I will be sending out invites to everybody within the next hour or two. Since we will be simming the first season to get to the offseason, I'll lay out a bit of the schedule here with ground rules for the simmed season.

-We are currently in week 2 of the preseason. You'll have until late tonight (Tuesday) to get your cuts to 53 done. YOU MAY NOT SIGN ANY PLAYERS DURING THIS PERIOD.
-Then I will advance to week 1 of the regular season, and you'll need to get your re-signings done. There will be a post to confirm your re-signings are completed so we can advance as quickly as possible. I will advance Wednesday night regardless of whether you have completed your re-signings.
-After that we will sim the entire season. If I see you playing (or super simming) games I will remove you from the league. You may play your practices if you get time in-between advances on Thursday.
-I will stop simming once we hit FA bidding, where we'll have a day to go through the three FA advances. A further day will be allowed for spending scouting points and then ultimately drafting later that night.
-Estimated draft date/time: Friday 7 p.m. Eastern

A few reminders when joining the league:
-Make sure to create a new owner -- existing owners are not allowed.
-Make sure to turn off CPU fill roster in the settings. I will have injuries turned off for the first season so there will be no need to sign players during the season. I will penalize people who sign players during this simmed season.
-We are using an NCAA draft class (updated).

Re-signings are now available. I will advance through the season week by week starting Thursday morning. Thursday evening will be used for re-signing and FA bidding will go on Thursday night. Then we'll sit on the scouting screen until the draft Friday night once FA is completed.

If you have FA signed by the CPU, cut them now.

Max re-signing contract length: 5 years.

Offseason re-signing is up. We will advance past this phase at 7 p.m. Eastern.

The three free agent advances will be 8 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10 p.m. Eastern tomorrow (Thursday). At ten p.m. we will advance to the week just prior to the draft so everybody can spend Friday spending their scouting points.

The rookie draft will be Friday at 7 p.m. Eastern.
