CB Charles Tillman 86
 33 years old
 0.50 mil cap pen


Bears trading aging CB on contract year to Bucs for star return man/lethal speed back after his in injured.

Demps is much more dangerous than his overall suggests, but in our discussions we were not entirely sure how to even this out so I put a 3rd in.

Tillman might be old, but he's still a mid 80 and Demps is not much better than a FA running back (his speed is all that makes him stand out).

I'm on the fence here, and a committee vote is required anyway.
