For those wondering the only way a trade goes through on the Madden '13 Connected Careers servers, both users must be at the same point of the week for a trade to be successfully completed.

What this means is that either both users must have either not yet completed their games or have both completed the games.

Otherwise, the trade will just simply disappear when the other user either accepts or rejects--it simply appears like the trade never happened.
