Position Change Petitions (Prior to Restart)

All position changes must be cleared by the committee prior to taking place -- so as such petition myself or another committee member for approval prior to listing a player at a different position in the depth chart (unless already allowed by our depth chart rules).

The following positions are interchangeable -- but once a position change is made you MAY NOT move a player again for a full season:
-FB and TE are interchangeable
-OG and C are interchangeable
-OLB and MLB are interchangeable
-FS and SS are interchangeable
-Additional moves (OLB to DE and CB to FS, for example) are allowed with approval on a player by player basis
-You may swap between left and right at will without petitioning

Position changes other than left to right and FS to SS (and SS to FS) cannot be made until the offseason, but may be done in the depth chart. Once we reach the offseason, these players MUST be moved to those positions or the owner must make the decision to keep them at the original position and abandon rights to using the player in the depth chart at other positions.

Please note that mid-season position swaps (other than left to right and FS to SS) will not be allowed during the season after season 1 -- only rookies may be moved during the season. Make sure to swap players prior to the advance to free-agency, or you will not be able to move positions until the next off-season.

You may move rookies to another position if they fall into a couple categories:
-Linebackers over 270 lbs can be moved to DE
-Ends under 270 can be moved to OLB
-Ends and DTs are interchangeable
-Interior OL (OG/C) is interchangeable
-OL under 80 strength may move to any OL spot
-MLB/OLB is interchangeable
-FB/TE is interchangeable
-HBs 79 or under speed can be moved to FB
-Corners 85 or under speed can be moved to FS/SS

Ayers is debatable because even though he has never truly played DE, he has taken extensive snaps as a down rusher (similarly to Von Miller) since being drafting in 2011.
