We've hit the point in the Madden cycle that we're in the middling of Madden 25 -- which means we've only got 2-3 more seasons in the tank before everybody gets bored and quits.

With this in mind, I'm implementing a new rule that I wanted to do last year but didn't get to in time.

From here on out, you may not re-sign players for more than 5 years -- it simply cheats the salary system to sign players for seven years if we're only going to go an additional two seasons (after this season).

I will keep an eye on this so don't try to fool me.
